The Princes Charming


Two of the most eligible royal bachelors in the world, Prince William of Wales and Prince Albert II of Monaco, will be walking-down-the-aisle next year, so all eyes are set now to other Princes of the European royal court who are equally irresistible, gorgeous, privilege and oh, wealthy.

Born on November 11, 1981, Prince Guillaume, is the eldest son of the current ruler of Luxembourg, His Royal Highness, Grand Duke Henri. Guillaume's grandfather, Grand Duke Jean, abdicated in 2000 which marked the accession of his father to the throne, the young prince became the Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg since then.

He studied at the boarding schools in Switzerland and took his higher education at the University of Durham and Brunel University in England where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in International Politics.

As part of the royal tradition for males, the Prince attended a military training at the Royal Military Academy in England. His leisure pursuits include playing soccer, swimming and volleyball, he has also a great inclination to music where he plays piano. He is fluent in five languages: Luxembourgish, French, English, German and Spanish.

Prince Carl Philip of Sweden is the only son of King Carl XVI Gustav of Sweden and Queen Silvia. He was born on Mary 13, 1979, for seven months after his birth, he was the Crown Prince, but in January 1980, the Swedish Constitution on the law of succession was changed into full cognatic primogeniture, giving way to his elder sister, Princess Victoria to be the Heir-Apparent.

The Prince has a keen interest in sports, he often take part in the skiing and racing events in Europe. He studied graphic design and currently a lieutenant in the Swedish Royal Navy. Prince Carl Philip is currently dating glamour model Sofia Hellqvist. In 2008, Forbes magazine named him as one of the hottest young royals in the world.

The wild days of Prince Harry are gone, now the third-in-line to the British throne is more serious with his career in the military. Born Henry Charles Albert David on September 23, 1984, Prince Harry as he is widely called, is the youngest son of Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales and his first wife, Diana, Princess of Wales.

The Prince grew up closer to his older brother, Prince William, and often seen spending extravagant vacation together particularly in Klosters, Switzerland, the royal brothers also done charity works together, a crusade made famous by their late mother.

Unlike his brother who obtained a college degree, Prince Harry, went on to study military at the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst, England after graduating from Eton College. His known girlfriend is Chelsy Davy, a university graduate daughter of a Zimbabwenian millionaire, but early this year the couple decided to separate, but recent reports say that Prince Harry wanted to invite his ex-love to Prince William's wedding on April 29, 2011, though his love for Davy is still clearly evident, girls around the world could not help but giggle with this famous royal every time he is in public.

Prince Felix is the second son of Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg and currently second in line of succession after his older brother, Prince Guillaume. He was born on June 3, 1984. Like his brothers, Felix attended boarding schools in Switzerland, he is currently taking up a masters degree in Bioethics at Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome, Italy, he also work for Grand Chelem Management as Public Relations Officer.

Prince Amedeo of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este, is the eldest child of Princess Astrid, only daughter of King Albert II of Belgium. Amedeo's father is Archduke Lorenz of Austria-Este, the current head of the  Archdukal House of Austria-Este, currently he is 7th in line of succession to the Belgian throne.

Amedeo received his secondary education at the Jesuit school in Brussels, Belgium and joined military training at the elite Royal Military Academy in Belgium. He earned his college degree at the London School of Economics in 2008. He is currently a reserve officer at the Belgian royal armed forces which are serving under his grandfather's name, King Albert II. The prince is officially styled as His Imperial and His Royal Highness, Prince Amedeo.
